SHIPPING POLICY

• Nationwide Shipping
  Free shipping on orders ₱2,500 and above. Orders below ₱2,000 incur a flat ₱95 fee.
• Order Processing
  Orders are accepted 24/7 and processed Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Delivery takes 2–3 days within Metro Manila and 3–5 days outside.
• Same-Day Delivery
  For urgent orders, you may book your own courier for same-day pick-up from our warehouse. Same-day delivery is not eligible for free shipping.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We accept returns for incorrect or defective items and one-time bra size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Panties and items marked as final sale are non-returnable due to hygiene and policy. For faulty items, return and replacement are free of charge. For size exchanges, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. To request, email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
