At Nuelle, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Each item undergoes strict quality control before shipping. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, or need a size exchange for bras, we’re here to assist you.

- Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong item or one that is damaged/defective, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.Once verified, we will process the replacement at no additional cost. - Bra Size Exchanges:
Bras may be exchanged once for a different size only within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by a valid order confirmation
- Purchased directly from nuelle.com.ph
- Defective or Incorrect Items:

- Change of Mind – We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference
- How to Request a Return or Exchange
For Size Exchanges (Bras Only):

- Reason for return
- Order confirmation receipt
- Await approval and return instructions via email
- Repack the item in its original Nuelle box and pouch, including:
- Printed order confirmation
- Printed return approval email
- Send the parcel via a secure courier of your choice

FAULTY/WRONG GOODS [Your Order Number] - Include:
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
- Proof of purchase
- Our customer care team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe
- Once your request is approved, we will email you step-by-step return instructions. Both the return and replacement will be processed free of charge.

- Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged)
- Tags and packaging must be fully intact
- Proof of purchase (email receipt) is required

To ensure a smooth process:

- Repack the item securely in its original Nuelle packaging
- Use a trusted courier service for returns (if applicable)
- Make sure to seal the parcel properly to avoid loss or damage in transit
- Include all necessary documents as instructed (e.g. printed approval and receipt)
